Biography
Brenda Depew’s practice focuses on all areas of probate, conservatorship, guardianship, and trust administration, as well as trust and estate litigation. Brenda specializes in both analyzing and preparing complex trust and probate accountings as part of her administration practice as well as her litigation practice. Brenda also frequently acts as a neutral fiduciary in probate estates, and also serves as Court-Appointed Counsel.
Prior to admission to the State Bar of California, Brenda was the senior probate paralegal at Hinojosa & Wallet (the predecessor to Hinojosa & Forer LLP) for over 17 years providing her with years of ‘nuts and bolts’ experience in probate and conservatorship administration. Brenda is admitted to practice before all California Courts.
